How long does shipping take?

Our average delivery time is:

  • USA, Canada, UK, Australia: 7-14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location.

At Meowrket n Barket, every product in our catalog is carefully selected for its quality and unique design. To ensure each item meets our high standards, your order goes through a meticulous preparation and quality control process that takes 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7 to 14 business days for deliveries within the United States.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is 10 to 17 business days from the moment you place your order.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow its journey to your home. We appreciate your patience as we prepare something truly special for you and your pet.

We ship directly from our trusted international suppliers, primarily located in USA , Europe and Asia. This enables us to offer the best prices without compromising quality.

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes! All our items are pet-friendly and tested by our suppliers for safety and comfort. If you ever have concerns about a product, please reach out.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Meowrket n Barket, your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to deliver quality products for your pets. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected.

When We Accept Refunds or Replacements:

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We require clear photo or video evidence of the issue for quality control.

We Do NOT Accept Returns If:

  • You changed your mind after ordering

  • You ordered the wrong product or size

  • The item shows signs of use or damage caused by misuse

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at meowrket.patitas@gmail.com. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours

Time Limit

To be eligible, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at meowrket.patitas@gmail.com.
