Here are the answers to our most common questions:
1. How long does shipping take?
To offer you a unique and curated selection, we have two different shipping timelines depending on the product. You can find the specific shipping time for each item on its product page.

Express Shipping (4-8 business days). This applies to items in our "Fast Ship" collection, which are dispatched from our US-based warehouse. The total delivery time, including our 1-3 day processing period, is 4 to 8 business days.

Standard Shipping (7-14 business days). This applies to our wider, exclusive collection shipped directly from our international artisan partners. The total delivery time, including our 1-3 day processing period, is 7 to 14 business days. We promise the unique design is worth the short wait!
For all orders: You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow its journey to your home.
International Shipping: For orders outside of the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia, please allow 15–30 business days for delivery.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location.
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our trusted international suppliers, primarily located in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This enables us to offer the best prices without compromising quality.
3. Are your products safe for pets?
Yes! All our items are pet-friendly and tested by our suppliers for safety and comfort. If you ever have concerns about a product, please reach out.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all secured through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.

Refund & Replacement Policy
At Meowrket n Barket, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns.
Time Limit: You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
When We Offer a Refund or Replacement: We will offer a full refund, a replacement item, or store credit if your order meets one of the following criteria:

Your item arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item, color, or size (different from what you ordered).
How to Start a Claim (The Process): To start a claim, please contact us at meowrket.patitas@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.

Include your order number.

Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item). This is required for our quality control and to process your claim.
Important: In most cases, we do not require you to physically return the item. Based on the evidence you provide, we will determine if you are eligible for a refund or a free replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What We Do NOT Cover: We cannot offer a refund or replacement if:

You changed your mind after ordering.

You ordered the wrong product or size. (We strongly recommend checking our size guides before purchasing).

The item shows signs of use, has been washed, or was damaged by misuse.

The shipping carrier's tracking shows the item was delivered, but you have not received it. In this rare case, you must contact the local carrier to investigate the issue.

The return request is made after the 15-day time limit has passed.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Processing If your claim is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
